Description
In the context of foreign trade, a fundamental aspect that should absolutely not be underestimated is customs. In the international sales contract it is preferable to indicate which of the parties will assume the costs and risks of transport and delivery of the goods. For this reason, the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) has developed Terms of Delivery to be used voluntarily in sales contracts to regulate the distribution of costs, risks and obligations in relation to the transport and delivery of goods.
INCOTERMS delivery terms are now applied in most sales contracts, not only at an international level. Therefore, it is recommended that companies and freelancers are aware of these clauses so that they can use them to make a purchase and sale relationship easier.
At the end of the course you will be issued a certificate of attendance.
